EMDR Therapy

Healing without reliving

What is EMDR therapy?

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a research-backed therapy that helps your brain and body process trauma, grief, anxiety, and painful experiences—especially the ones that still feel stuck.

Rather than retelling every detail, EMDR helps you reprocess memories safely so they no longer hold power over your present.

What EMDR Helps With:

  • Childhood trauma + attachment wounds

  • PTSD or complex trauma

  • Grief and loss

  • Anxiety, panic, or shame

  • Relationship and trust issues

  • Religious trauma or deconstruction

  • That feeling of being stuck or "off"

  • I’m EMDR Certified and an EMDRIA Consultant-in-Training. I tailor EMDR to your system—not a one-size-fits-all protocol.

I bring warmth, clarity, and honest feedback. I’ll sit with you in what’s hard—and walk with you toward what’s possible.

I integrate EMDR with resourcing and Ego State Therapy. You won’t be pushed into anything you’re not ready for—we build a foundation first.

  • Sometimes you need more than 50 minutes to really move through what’s stuck. EMDR Intensives offer extended, focused time for clients who are ready to process something specific, gain momentum, or work through layers of trauma that weekly sessions just don’t touch.

We’ll spend several hours (or multiple days) creating safety, doing resourcing, and gently reprocessing the material that’s been holding you back.

This is for you if you’re:

    • Feeling stuck or plateaued in regular therapy

    • Wanting to address a specific trauma or memory

    • Short on time but ready for focused, meaningful work

    • Already in therapy but need extra support around a certain issue

Intensives are available in-person, virtually, or in-home, and always include preparation and post-integration support.
