Every intensive is customized, and typically includes:
• Pre-intensive consult and goal-setting
• EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
• Ego State Therapy
• Somatic and attachment-focused approaches
• Resourcing techniques
• Integration support + post-intensive follow-up

I use EMDR, Parts Work, and somatic tools to help you gently access those experiences, process them at the root, and build a stronger connection to your present-day self.
